Booking Information

First, make sure you qualify for hire because you will need to provide us with some documentation.

Then, read our terms and conditions carefully. You need to agree to them before you book.

Next, get in touch using the booking options below to see when the horsebox is available and choose a date that suits you.

After that, you will receive a confirmation email and payment link. To secure the booking you need to pay the hire fee in full.

On the day of hire, you will need to bring a refundable £150 cash deposit.

We will then show you around the horsebox and give you the keys so you can begin your journey.

Finally, when your journey is over we will check it for any damages and refund you the deposit if everything is in order.
